Pre Admission Clinics

In preparation for a patient's surgery we run a pre-admission clinic. A few weeks before a planned orthopaedic procedure we prepare the patient for surgery by carrying out the routine assessments that are required well in advance of the operation.

By meeting the patients prior to their admission it affords us the opportunity of introducing them to their team of health professionals for example the nurses and physiotherapists. It also means that all results of routine assessments are with the doctors a few days following the clinic.
