At Blackrock Clinic we value your opinion and are continually looking for ways to improve the care and service that we provide. We can learn from your patient experience.

Complaints Procedure:

  • Once received, we will issue a receipt acknowledging the complaint within 3 days.
  • We then resolve to investigate the complaint and respond with the Hospital’s findings within 30 days.
  • Should this timeframe need expanding, we will contact you in the interim.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the response, you may opt to escalate the situation to our Chief Executive Officer Mr. James O Donoghue for further discussion.
