It aims to encourage the individual to take responsibility for themselves. It empowers one to achieve maximum benefit to enjoy life and have good health.

- Psychological; Personality traits are identified, cognitive awareness is addressed and new patterns of thinking are learned. It is important to realise how much our thoughts influence our behaviour
