The benefits of the Blackrock Clinic Physiotherapy and Sports injury clinic include onsite direct access to specialist consultants and healthcare professionals and onsite radiological investigation such as MRI scans or x-rays.

Patients need a medical referral to see a Chartered Physiotherapist for the Phototherapy service and the Back Triage clinic.

For a Phototherapy appointment, a Dermatologist referral is required as the treatment is for specific skin conditions. It is a form of light treatment and therefore requires a prescription and careful monitoring by a specialist in skin conditions.

The Back Triage clinic accepts referrals from GP’s only.
