Professional Profile

Ms Dempsey is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with a specialist interest in hand surgery and skin cancer.

She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2000 and was awarded a higher degree in 2009 for research undertaken at Stanford University California, investigating the role of gene therapy in cancer management.

She completed Plastic Surgery training in Ireland prior to undertaking fellowship training in London. This included microsurgery and skin cancer at The Royal Free Hospital and paediatric hand surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Ms Dempsey has worked as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Ireland since 2013.
