Aoife qualified in Diagnostic Audiology,  Royal Victoria Hospital,  Belfast,  in 1994.  She held the post of Clinical Audiologist in the Department of Audiology,  St James’s Hospital,  St. Vincent’s Hospital and the former National Children’s Hospital,  Harcourt Street.  Prior to setting up her own practice in Blackrock Clinic Aoife was the Chief Clinical Audiologist in Tallaght Hospital (AMNCH) providing a comprehensive audiological service in a very busy ENT Department delivering both inpatient and outpatient services for Adults and Children.

Aoife has lectured in the Department of Paediatrics,  Trinity College Dublin to Medical & Speech Therapy students.  She has also lectured audiology students from the HSE & ENT Registrars within Tallaght Hospital.

She holds membership for the British Society of Audiology and the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiology.
