Admission Information:

Prior to Admission, your Consultant will have given you information on the following:

• Specific information in relation to your procedure,
• The date and time of your admission,
• A copy of the “Daycare Unit Practical Information Booklet” (if you have not received it, please ask or download a copy  of it here),
• Any fasting requirements.

You will also have been asked to bring any tests or x-rays relevant to your procedure.
