Neil Mathlin graduated with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Wales,  College of Medicine in 2003. Neil built his experience working  in the Royal Liverpool University Hospital as a Senior Physiotherapist.  During this time, Neil developed a particular interest in rehabilitation of major trauma and elective surgery to the lower limb, upper limb and spine.

Neil joined Blackrock Clinic  in 2015. Neil has continued his keen interest in the area of Hand Therapy, working with specialist Orthopaedic and Plastic Consultants. Neil specialises in Post Operative rehabilitation and treatment of injuries  to the elbow, wrist and hand. He has recently passed examinations accredited by the British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT) and is a member of the Irish Association of Hand Therapists.
