Helen Keeble has been working in pelvic health since 2008. Helen is a conscientious and committed physiotherapist and started her career in a large London teaching hospital, subsequently moving into private practice in London and setting up her own business in 2017 (pHphysiotherapy).  Since 2015 Helen has also been providing post-graduate training for physiotherapists both privately & representing the POGP (https://pogp.csp.org.uk/). She also loves giving information seminars for the public and being a fab pelvic health advocate on social media (@helenkeeblephysio) & beyond.

Helen is very experienced and competent at assessing and treating all pelvic health conditions in men and women. Helen has always had a special interest in women’s health in sport. Helen was chosen as one of the official London 2012 Olympic physiotherapists, has worked at Queens Tennis Club and worked in a CrossFit gym for 18 months whilst in London. She is very passionate about helping women to return to whatever exercise or sport they enjoy no matter how big or small.

Helen is also one third of the power house behind Umi Health, the world’s first online platform for women to educate themselves on all things pelvic health at all life stages – Umi are on a mission to make pelvic health accessible to every woman, everywhere.

Helen is from the UK originally and lives in Dublin with her husband. Helen loves doing Crossfit and getting outdoors doing anything, especially if with friends and family and the sun is shining!
