Helen Keeble, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health
24th Apr 2019
Helen has been working in pelvic health since 2008. Helen is a conscientious and committed physiotherapist and started her career in a large London teaching hospital, subsequently moving into private practice in London and setting up her own business in 2017 (https://www.helenkeeble.co.uk/). When not at Blackrock Clinic, Helen runs her London pelvic health physiotherapy business, mentors her London team, provides post-graduate training for physiotherapists representing the POGP (https://pogp.csp.org.uk/) and gives information seminars for the public.
Helen is very experienced and confident at assessing and treating all pelvic health conditions in men and women. Helen has always had a special interest in women’s health in sport. Helen was chosen as one of the official London 2012 Olympic physiotherapists, has worked at Queens Tennis Club and worked in a CrossFit gym for 18 months whilst in London. She is very passionate about helping women to return to whatever exercise or sport they enjoy no matter how big or small.
Helen is also one third of the power house behind Pelvic Floor Patrol (https://www.pelvicfloorpatrol.com), a multidisciplinary team of women working hard to bring awareness of pelvic floor dysfunction into the mainstream – helping women to understand, manage and navigate the physical effects of pregnancy and birth.
Helen is from the UK originally and lives in Dublin with her husband. Helen loves doing Crossfit and getting outdoors doing anything, especially if with friends and family and the sun is shining!
