Even after leaving the hospital we are still available to you by telephone if you need us. Often times you may find that you have a query or a worry about something, please ring us if you do and we can answer your questions or deal with your concerns by telephone.

Sometimes if you call we may refer you to your GP to be seen. There may also be times we will invite you back in to see us.
